Qingdao zhengda heavy industry. Co. Ltd is one enterprise integrating foundry, forging and machining of non-ferrous metal such as steel casting, copper casting, aluminum casting. Locating in west of 204 national highway and 57 kilometers to the third Chinese largest port, Qingdao port. It only need 20 minutes by car from Qingdao jiaodong international airport, the company is in China non-ferrous metal foundry base-Jiaozhou foundry industrial park with convenient traffic and excellent geography condition. Our equipments and capacity
The factory and construction areas of Qingdao zhengda are 40, 000 m^2 and 20, 000 m^2 respectively. With its 120 sets of machining equipments, 8 sets of centrifugal casting machines, 10 medium frequency induction melting furnace, 3 sets of heat treatment furnaces(from 550T-300T), complete sets of physical and chemical analysis (tension tester, impact testing machine, durometers)and detection methods with spectrum analyzers, ultrasonic fault detectors and metalloscopes, Qingdao Zhengda soundly ensures its product qualities and owns the comprehensive capabilities of foundry, forging, heating, welding and machining.

Mining machinery casting, extrusion machinery casting, press machinery casting, mill machinery casting, petrochemical machine casting, fabrication casting, etc axt weight to 160 tons
2. Copper casting include:
Centrigual copper casting, bronze bush, bronze nut, bronze flange, guide sleeve bimetal impeller
Sand and mold casting, copper plate, bronze sliding, customized copper casting. Single copper casting weight max to 30 tons
3. Iron Casting
Ductile iron cast like flywheels, casings, grey iron casting, like bearing housing, machinery housings, etc
4. High alloy steel casting
